We are inviting select Australian firms to join us in exhibiting their sustainable technology to the world. The EST Showcase is an event sponsored by the UNEP and the United Arab Emirates Government. It accompanies, and lies at the heart of, the UNEP Global Ministerial Environment Forum, planned to be attended by 1,000 delegates from over 130 Countries. The Environmentally Sound Technology showcase will be attended by around 70 international firms demonstrating global sustainable technology. SEA O2 Delegates will also have the opportunity to meet the UAE urban development industry with a view to forming a Sustainable Development Consortium in the Emirates. What is the SEA O2 Sustainable Development Delegation? SEA O2 are leading a delegation of Australian firms specialing in sustainable technology to Dubai , United Arab Emirates in February , 2006. The Environmentally Sound Technology Showcase is an exhibition of global environmental technology that has been organised on the behest of the UNEP and the UAE Government. The EST Showcase compliments and lies at the heart of a major multilevel United Nations event comprising of three international conferences and the presentation of the million dollar King Fayed Prize for the Environment. Who will be attending the EST Showcase? We are informed that o ver 1,200+ attendees of the senior decision makers from the Environment Ministries of 139 Countries plus leading Inter-governmental Organisations, Invited Private Companies, World's Press, Civil Societies & NGO's will attend the conferences and the showcase. What facilities has SEA O2 made available? SEA O2 has been offered a two 3 x 8 metre stall in the EST Showcase which we intend to turn into a single stall of 6 x 8 metres. We intend to have available seating such that the SEA O2 stall provides a suitable venue for discussion. Who will be attending with SEA O2? There are two Australian firms specialising in low energy building services and in solar pumping accompanying SEA O2. SEA O2 will be representing a variety of other firms with the SEA O2 referral service. What is the SEA O2 Referral service? Australian fims interested to be represented at the EST showcase can take advantage of the SEA O2 referral service. The SEA O2 referral service consists of a tall poster display (2m x 1m), brochures and personal referral from SEA O2. SEA O2 will privide a stand for the poster display and can organise all the graphic design artwork and printing as necessary. All artwork andprinting will need to finalised by 26 January, 2006.
